Along with two friends, I founded a non-profit to feed underserved communities in Caracas, Venezuela, where food security and nutrition pose major concerns. Our organization started with a few burgers we prepared at home and brought to patients in public hospitals that did not have funding to provide food. However, we quickly grew into so much more.

We have received assistance from hospital officials to feed hundreds of patients, food manufacturers have donated endless boxes of fresh ingredients, and a monastery has kindly lent us their kitchen. Currently, our group includes over forty students who pay monthly visits to local hospitals, orphanages, assisted living centers, and shelters.
